When my wife and I began our IVF journey, I felt a mix of emotions I didn’t expect—excitement, fear, hope, and everything in between. But one thing became clear: there wasn’t a lot out there for dads, especially when it came to the unique challenges we face.
That’s why I created The IVF Dad Playbook and started the podcast. I wanted to give other dads a resource I wish I’d had—something real, honest, and supportive. This journey isn’t always easy, but I believe it’s one of the most important we’ll ever take. Together, we’ll cover the ins and outs of IVF, how to support our partners, how to care for ourselves, and how to prepare for fatherhood with strength and compassion.
